Creating\editing products
Placing your products on the FlowersExpo 365 online exhibition is a great opportunity to use the automated promotion of your products for exhibition visitors. Detailed information about the goods will allow visitors to better explore your range.
Where to fill the goods
To fill in the goods, you need to select the "Company" item in the top menu, then go to the "Products" item in the left menu.
To create a new product, click on the "New Product" button.
Filling in product data
When creating\editing a product, the following fields are available for filling:
- Название продукта - the full name of your product for Russian-speaking visitors.
- Product name - the full name of your product for English-speaking visitors.
- Product category - the categories your product belongs to. It is important to choose exactly those options that more accurately describe your product. Based on this information, the system will generate personal recommendations for visitors.
- Product characteristics - indicate the main characteristics of the product in free form (optional)
- Подробное описание продукта - provide a detailed description of your product for Russian-speaking visitors.
- Product info - provide a detailed description of your product for English-speaking visitors.
To upload product images, use the "Choose file" button (for the main product image). To download additional images, click on the empty images one by one and select the desired images as additional ones.
Editing existing products and their visibility
To edit existing products, click on the "Edit" button next to the desired product. When clicked, a similar window will open, as when creating a product.
To control the visibility of products (it affects whether your product will be shown in the Catalog and in your company card), use the "Visibility" button. If a product in the list is grayed out, it is invisible. When you click on the "Visibility" button, it will switch for the product without the need to save changes.
⚠️ When changing any product data (except for visibility), do not forget to save changes by clicking the "Save Changes" button. Otherwise, the changes may not be saved.
