Electronic business card
You can easy exchange of business contacts for each visitor and exhibitor in the "ЦветыЭкспо / Flowers-Expo" app.
The data for the e-business card is filled in at the stage of submitting the list of Badges for participants. In order to create a complete and informative e-business card, we ask you to fill in all suggested fields:
- Name
- Last name
- Patronymic (optional)
- Company name
- Position at the company
- Phone number
The data of the electronic business card is read by scanning the ticket or badge of the interlocutor in the FlowersExpo application. If the scanning is successful, the screen of the person who scanned it will display the information from the badge. And the contact itself can be saved with a comment in the application.
Scanning an electronic business card works between all visitors and exhibitors who have a barcode on their ticket. Exhibitors can scan tickets of visitors or other exhibitors. Visitors can scan badges of exhibitor representatives or each other.
How do employees get access?
The data for the e-business card is filled in at the stage of submitting the list of Badges for participants. The participant's badge is also the participant's electronic business card.
- If you did NOT specify your e-mail address when creating the badge, it will be linked to the profile where you created it. I.e. it will be available under your login and password.
- If you specify the same e-mail address as in your porfile when creating the badge, this badge will also be linked to your profile. I.e. it will be available under your login and password.
- If an employee's personal e-mail was specified when creating the badge, the badge will be linked to his/her personal account. The employee can access it independently via password recovery.
- You can always mail access to a staff member using the “Send Accesses” button from the “Badges for participants” list.

How to exchange contacts?
Internet connection is required for the functionality to work!
1. Download or update your FlowersExpo app. Download links are available here.
2. Click on the “Scan” button, which is at the bottom in the middle of the scree.
3. Authorize with your login and password. If you don't have a login and password - click on the link “Restore password”, specify your E-mail, after that the password and login will be sent to your e-mail (if it is found in the database).
If you can't log in under your account, use the login and password from your master account (this is the login and password from the Profile under which your colleagues created badges for you).
4. Select the required ticket or badge from the list to share a contact based on it. You may have multiple tickets or badges displayed in the app if you registered them under this profile or logged in with a master account.
5. Point the phone camera at the contact's badge. After a successful scan, the contact's information is immediately displayed.
6. Include notes if necessary, add images, etc. Be sure to click on the “Save Contact” button so that you don't lose the contact.
7. Done, the contact is saved under your profile and will be accessible from the app as well as your Personal Profile.
How to view and upload my contact list?
1. Open the “Profile” section in the FlowersExpo mobile app.
2. Tap "My Contacts"
3. A section with a list of your collected contacts will open. By tapping on a contact, you can edit or view to it.
4. To export contacts to Excel - scroll to the end of the contacts list and click “Export to Excel” button
