Russian Florist Championship RUSSIAN FLORIST CUP 2026

The Russian Florist Championship RUSSIAN FLORIST CUP is a prestigious professional skills competition for florists, bringing together the best specialists from all over the country every year.

The event is traditionally held in early September as part of the largest international exhibition of flowers and plants, “FlowersExpo”, at the Crocus Expo venue. The organizer and partner of the competition is the National Guild of Florists of Russia.

In 2025, the Championship tasks were dedicated to world masterpieces of cinema and united by the common theme “LIKE IN THE MOVIES”.

Participants will have to complete four tasks: two home tasks (table decoration and a vertical bouquet), one surprise task and one semi-surprise task (contestants will be informed of the task theme and all materials provided by the Organizing Committee three weeks before the Championship).

Florists’ Award RUSSIAN FLORIST AWARDS 2026

The contemporary floral design exhibition Florists’ Award RUSSIAN FLORIST AWARDS is a new event for florists, organized by the IAMFLORIST.com project and the international flowers and plants exhibition FlowersExpo. The event was first held in 2020.

A participant submits a work for the Award in which fresh plant material visually dominates. The display is the result of an original idea and creative exploration. The main task of the participant is to offer creative, innovative and fresh solutions in the field of floral design.

The theme for 2025 is CINEMA AND FASHION. Participants were invited to recall striking images of characters from world cinema and create an original work (a bouquet; a bouquet alternative; an accessory; a headpiece decoration, etc.) whose design is inspired by one of these images.

The Award is an exhibition of contemporary floral design showcasing the most interesting, cutting-edge works that set the trends of the future.
