On November 24, the new ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Russian Federation, мr. Hilles Beskhor Plukh, visited the greenhouse complex "Green House", located in the Republic of Adygea.
The distinguished guest and accompanying representatives of the embassy were received by the general director of the complex, Evgenia Babicheva.
The guests visited the sorting and packing area and the greenhouse, where they got acquainted with the peculiarities of growing roses in closed ground and varieties of Dutch selection. The ambassador was very impressed with the success of the plant and highly appreciated the potential of cooperation between Holland and Russia.
The visit of the ambassador to the “Green House” complex was not chosen by chance. Dutch specialists work closely with the Zeleny Dom company, transferring plant breeding stock and the latest technologies to the plant. Green House is one of the most modern flower factories in Russia. Its last phase was launched at the end of 2019. Here, more than 50 varieties of roses are produced for cutting all year round, grown according to the latest Dutch technologies using a computerized climate control system.
